• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

Returns & Refunds

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be in original condition and packaging
• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable

Customer Information & Order Fulfillment

We do not provide a profile creation feature for customers. However, in order to accurately process and deliver your orders, we collect and store certain personal details such as your name, phone number,email and address.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

• You must provide accurate and complete information to ensure proper order processing and delivery.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details remain up to date.
• We use your personal information solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you about your purchase.
• If you believe your information has been used without your authorization, please notify us immediately.

Product Safety & Usage

• Always trim wicks to 1/4 inch before lighting
• Never leave candles unattended while burning
• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
• Burn candles on stable, heat-resistant surfaces
• Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains
• Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company or employees
• Use the service in any way that could damage or overburden the website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website

Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CandleStore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products purchased.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
